Marlene and Nicolette are known for their warm, approachable style, an energy that perfectly complements their decades of experience navigating complex real estate transactions in an ever-changing market. Rooted in the vibrant communities of Los Gatos and Capitola, Nicolette and Marlene bring a well-rounded and deeply personal understanding of the area’s unique neighborhoods and lifestyle.

As the team lead, Nicolette draws on her strong local ties. She and her husband, Kevin, are proud graduates of Los Gatos High School, a tradition their children, Brenden and Amber, have continued. Nicolette and Kevin love living near the charming downtown areas of their communities and split their time between Los Gatos and Capitola. They are active volunteers in local service clubs and enjoy a life filled with biking, hiking, and sailing, often accompanied by their spoiled dog, Shasta.

Marlene’s long-standing connection to the region began with her early career selling new condos in Capitola, where she purchased one in 1975 that her family enjoyed for many years. Her deep appreciation for local history is most evident in her stewardship of Los Gatos’s historic Florentine Village. After purchasing the former resort property in 1985, she devoted herself to its thoughtful restoration, preserving its charm while enhancing its character. Marlene lives on the property with her husband, Roy, and considers it her personal haven, reflecting her passion for history, preservation, and community.
