Marlene and Nicolette form a thriving mother-daughter real estate partnership known for their devotion to their clients and for their infectious positive outlook. Their easy-going natures belie their 40+ years of experience navigating complex transactions in an ever-changing market. Clients consistently highlight the team’s honesty and integrity, and just plain hard work.
 
They know people are compelled by how a home feels; there is an emotional draw that goes beyond lists of features and amenities. Every home has a story to tell and Nicolette and Marlene have become expert at communicating the positive emotional impact a home has on the family that lives there. Their long-standing connections with a team of supporting businesses help them prepare each home to look — and feel — like a place you want to be. They are both deeply embedded in the community, having raised their families in Los Gatos, and know the intricacies of each neighborhood. Marlene purchased the historic Florentine Village in 1985, formerly a weekend resort and restaurant.
 
She lives there with her husband and has dedicated herself to restoring and improving the site. Nicolette resides in Los Gatos with her husband. They have two adult children and a spoiled white lab. They enjoy a life filled with outdoor activities, biking, hiking, or taking trips to the beach. Their partnership is a perfect blend of their different perspectives, professional expertise, and personal dedication.
